SYNOPSIS A West Texas tornado forces a mismatched group into a storm shelter, where tensions flare and secrets unravel. JD, the gruff patriarch, tries to maintain order, while Irma clings to old-world values. Jinks, a sharp-witted Gen Z runaway, battles heartbreak, and Archie, a refined British comedian, navigates culture shock. When Betty Bouquet and Phoenix Fatale—fabulous drag performers—bring their magic into the mix, the group is pushed toward a reckoning of identity, acceptance, and self-love. As the storm outside rages, so too do the emotions within, culminating in a night of unexpected unity, bold confessions, and a celebration of being unapologetically oneself. “The world is in our hands, a world of taking chances and living out our lives one morning at a time.”
